Please accept my sympathies at the passing of "Mo"...I worked with him several years on the Holmes County Board of Health and was privileged to attend several national conferences with him. He was always an inspiration to work with and always wanted the best for Holmes County. Also enjoyed our OSU connection. Mo was most helpful to me as we were in the process of forming a new national association of local boards of health. His guidance and support was greatly appreciated. We in public health will all miss his guidance. My condolences to the family.

As a former colleague of "Mo" Mullet for many years, he was well ahead of his time for public health in Ohio and the nation. We explored minimum standards for health departments in the 70's and today we now have voluntary accreditation at the national level. Public Health at the State, National and local levels will sorely miss his ideas, leadership, and thoughts, and we will miss him.
