Maurice "Mike" Nelligan

My friend and partner, Mike Nelligan, was the embodiment of an amazing lawyer, whose ethics were the highest; who always would drop what he was doing to help me and the whole firm; who had a vast knowledge of labor law, and its intricacies and who was a great friend and mentor. I will forever miss his smiling face, calm demeanor, his gracious spirit and his friendship. All of my friends, particularly those who began (and many who ended) their professional life at PERC, recall Mike's genius...
