Not sure what to say?

Gail, Melissa, Mike and Colleen and family:

My deepest sympathies to you all as you go through this difficult time. I'll always remember Dick as a man of great kindness, generosity, and dignity. He was a genuine presence in whatever room he was in and a wonderful person to be around. The grace and determination with which he battled over the last several months was truly inspiring. The world is a lesser place without him.

Sincere condolences. I enjoyed working with Dick at Cabot, as well as seeing him at Anne O'Connor's Christmas gatherings. He was a good person.
Please let me know when the Memorial Service is to be held. Thanks.

Ryan, Rory, Shannon & Spillane Family,
We wish to offer our heartfelt sympathies on the passing of your Papa. Jane and I are thinking of you all and offer our best wishes during this time.
Chris, Jane and Henry Bennett

Dear Gail, I'm so sorry - Dick was a great guy. We all go back a long way. He, you and I to Archbishop Williams H.S., and you and I back to infancy. Just unearthed photos of Dick, you, Melissa, Mike, my sister's family, Jim McCormack, my family and my mother at a gathering in DC in Spring 1978. It really doesn't seem so long ago.

Much love to you, Mike, Colleen, and Melissa, spouses and grandchildren. Our hearts and prayers are with you.

Dear Gail - I was so sorry to read of Dick's passing in the Boston Globe. Our Cabot group enjoyed his company at my Christmas parties when he came all the way from St. Albans. I know this is a difficult time for you and your family and you are in my prayers. Please let me know about the memorial service. I will be moving, but can be contacted c/o Edward O'Connor, 4 Old Forge, Scituate MA 02066.

Gail and family,
We were deeply saddened to learn of Dick's death last week. We last saw Dick several years back at one of Anne's annual holiday Cabot alumni gatherings. As always, his eyes twinkled as he doted on his wonderful life and family. He was a man to be admired and will never be forgotten. Our deepest sympathy to all of you.

Melissa, I was so sorry to hear about your dad. I know how hard it is to lose a parent. Please pass my thoughts and prayers to the rest of your family. I hope to see you soon.
Jane (Dougenik) Ricketts

Melissa and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. There is not a time that I drive by your old house on Trysting Road that I do not think of your Dad out working in the yard and tending to his flowers. He will be missed, but forever in our thoughts.

Dear Gail, So sorry to read about Dick. It has been a very long time since we have seen you. We have fond memories of our times together in Scituate. This must be very difficult for you,and your family.
