Maurice E. Strobridge

Judge Strobridge´s courtroom was always the model of decorum and respect. His generation, of which my dad Harold was a part, is much missed, but their example lives on. Please accept mine and my mother Rosalind´s condolences on his passing.

Jeanne, on behalf of the Stell family please accept our sincere condolences. Maury was a true gentleman and sadly the last of his kind. I´ll remember him fondly as part of Glenn and Shirley´s generation.

We were as sad to learn of the passing of Mr. Strobridge as we are grateful to have lived in Newark at a time that he and his wife were raising their children there. He was one of the greats and to have known his kids (we went to school with Ricky and Lori) made it seem that we knew him personally, which our parents did, from town, the Country Club and the Elks.
