Family,
Lord, help the Thomas family to remember that no matter how dark their situation may seem, You are the light of their life and can never be put out. No matter what dark cloud settle on them, You will lift them above the storm and into comfort of Your presence.Only you can take Maurice whom they loss and fill that empty place with good. Only You can take the burden of their grief and pain and dry their tears.

When our heart's are overwhelmed, our prayer is, "Lead us to the rock that is higher than we are."

Letha, I love you and am praying for God to give you the strength to help you in your time of need. Words cannot adequately capture the pain that we all feel as the result of what happened to Maurice. With faith and trust in our Heavenly Father, we know that He will turn our mourning into dancing and give to us a garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Not only do I pray...

I am going to miss you so much "MO". My heart will always hold a place for you boo. And I am going to always LOVE YOU. You are at home now in a better place. Love You Boo

When GOD prepared HIS team, He selected a srong player from us. I pray for continued strength for this family and peace to know: "When Mo got home, all his troubles are over."
I pray for his santification and his journey home with the LORD.

The Alabama A&M Family mourns the loss of our fellow Bulldog, Maurice Thomas.
He was exciting to watch on the football field.
