There are so many of them it is hard to start, Bill taught me so much about life. He was my father figure when I needed one.

To the family of Bill, my deepest sympathy. It was a pleasure working with Bill at the PLCB. He always had a smile on his face and laughter that was contagious. He had a kind and caring heart and a zest for life. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
