We offer our sincere condolences to the Velis family. In the 30 plus years I have known this remarkable man, he has earned my utmost respect as a hard working, honest, and loving man toward his beloved family and honored friends, such as myself. He was very active since the day he retired, and enjoyed the challenges of completing tasks, even if it was a simple project of tinkering in the garage, or maintaining the landscape of his yard. Mauro: You were always the greatest brother any sister could ever have and you were always there for me in our younger years. I will miss you always but I know you are with the Good Lord and your suffering is over and you are at peace. You were a great Husband, Father, Brother and I will miss you and I will always remember that great smile of yours. Adios my Brother!!
