I never met Max but I had a friend in high school that always talked kindly if her older brother, her name was Sue Barrick. Sue passed years ago and the was no mention of family in the Obit. So I'm not sure if Max is her brother

I worked with Max for a long time at Juhl and for quite awhile after he left. He was tough, smart, had a good sense of humor and I learned a lot from him. I remember when he announced that he was leaving Juhl and shifted to a new wardrobe I never knew he had.
