Forever and ever in our hearts. With much love, Amy & Bruce

Always in our thoughts and prayers...with much love, always and forever...Amy & Bruce

what an honor it has been to know such a special human being. Uncle Max has brought so much wisdom and laughter into this world and the memories he created over 98 years are to be cherished and celebrated. Our love and prayers surround you, Aunt Ida, may you find comfort in knowing that your marriage and relationship with Max has created an incredible legacy of love and strength which will last throughout time.

A void has been left in our life.We will miss our Big Brother Always. Even though his vision was impaired, he always sensed our presence and our touch immediately and responed even at the end. Thank you for being there for us

OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

Uncle Max was always like the grandfather that I never had, he was so special to me and my family, and we loved him so much. I feel especially fortunate that my sons, Daniel and Jacob had time to know and love him.

A basement full of treasures, little gifts to give away, an enthusiastic story, a family first philosophy, a love of children, a history of family legends, suspenders for his pants, a big hug, a warm hand, a soft lap, so much love, a computer screen to magnify the world, Ida, "fixing it", Nickerson, Larry, Jerry, Phyllis, trailer/camper, the Patriarch of our lifeline, Sadye,Louie,Hymie,Sylvia,George, The Shop, stacks of paper, Deering Road, Reservoir Drive, ice cream, Grandchildren,Great...

Wishing you comfort, peace, and hope in this time of sadness, Sincerely, Phyliss & Phil Shepard
