Dearest Max, Please know that you are a hero. You fought the good fight and did everything you could to stay here with your girls. None of it was pleasant and I'm sure some of it was painful and dreadful. We all understand that you had pulled out all the stops and in the end there was nothing left to do but to leave us and wait for us in the next world. We'll love you and miss you forever.
