Not sure what to say?

Max was truly a friend and mentor to me over the years at the University of Washington and later into my professional career. His encouragement and friendship was most helpful during my graduate studies. I will miss his dry humor and sharing fishing stories with him.

Wow, Stuart Antle! Nice to hear from you! Yep, the Peugeots were a landmark. Folks still ask about them.

What a wonderful man your father surely was..I enjoyed reading this because no. 1, he wrote it., 2. Without knowing him I was able to capture the essence of his life and life's work, and that was very special, 3. You can see where your great humor came from Diane. Much love and many hugs to you my friend...love you Diane...and your family is in my prayers for comfort during this time. xxoo, Wendy

"A difference to be a difference must make a difference." Well Max Baby, you made a difference. Will have a pizza in your honor.

Not sure anyone in the old neighborhood quite figured out the Peugeot thing but it seemed to make Max a happy guy and that made 72nd Place a better street.
