Max Robotnick, a man I am proud to say was my Uncle.

Words I would use to describe this fine man are Honest, Strong, Independent, and Loving.

His street smarts gave him the strength and chutzpah to not only to survive WW II, but to earn a Silver Star for single handedly capturing 12 German soldiers after becoming separated from his platoon. The war also strengthened his sense of humanity and his faith in Judaism when he was one of the soldiers to help liberate the Nazi concentration Dachau.

Max would not want us to morn him but to remember him as a great, brave, loving human being that helped many, loved a few. We all thank you Max. The world is a better place because you were in it. You will always be in our hearts.

Mr. Robotnick,
Sir, I didn't know you, but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Europe during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
