Max Leroy Slankard

I thoroughly enjoyed working for and talking with Max Sr. when he was Asst. Public Works Director. I had a lot of respect for him, and he of me. We had a very good working relationship. I worked with Max Jr. at the City as well. I had lost touch with both and wondered what happened to both.
