Not sure what to say?

Uncle Max, I would have never thought seeing you 2 years ago at Mom's funeral, that today I would be writing this to you. You were for sure "one of a kind". I remember back so many years ago, you always had that "snap in your step" always one step ahead of everything that was going on. You came and picked us up one Christmas to go spend with G.Ma, playing on the radio was Diana Ross "Theme from Mahogany" and you with the terrible lead foot were pulled over by Hiway Patrol, I just knew we were...

I met Max several years ago when he acted as a consultant to our company on trade and tariff matters. He was an expert in his field and extremely helpful to us, and always willing to help. I enjoyed our lunches at DiGiulio's in Baton Rouge (how he loved that fried eggplant!) discussing tariff issues, LSU football, Baton Rouge and the U.S. Marine Corps (Semper Fi).
Max will be missed and I send my deepest condolences to his family.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

I remember Max from Sunday School at the Chapel on the Campus until we split into 2 locations. And Max got the ball rolling for the Cornerstone Church.

PRAISE GOD,
THE PASSING OF MY FATHER WAS VERY HARD FOR ME. AS WE HAD GROWN APART FOR MANY YEARS. I PRAISE GOD THAT WE ARE BOTH SAVED AND WORKING FOR JESUS CHRIST.

Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

DAD IS IN THE ARMS OFJESUS CHRIST NOW , WHERE ONE DAY WE WILL MEET AGAIN. I PRAY THAT OUR FAMILY WILL PULL TOGETHER WITH THE WORD OF GOD AND JESUS CHRIST AS OUR...

I had worked with a lot of really good people at Ethyl and Max was one of the best. I am so sorry for your loss.

I never knew Max but I do know his son Brent. Whose work helping the homeless and lost would make his dad proud. Brent has told me allot about Max and his ministry. Max was a man of God and his legacy of serving God seems to be passed to another generation and I pray it continues.

Aunt Corrine, please accept our heartfelt sympathies. I know Uncle Max will be missed greatly by his family and friends. You are in prayers now and always.

I had the distinct privilege of knowing Max for more than 15 years...first as a client, and then later, as a colleague. He was always generous and humble. Never a boast or an ill word towards anyone. Always, always, a man of his word and someone who walked with the Lord. A man who clearly loved his family and his friends. My thoughts and prayers are with Max, Carrine, and his family.

I know I speak for all my colleagues at Samuels International when I say that we are all...
