Not sure what to say?

I will always remember Mr. Wells. He was an excellent colleague on the City of Dallas (Park and Recreation). Gone but never forgotten.

Mr. Wells will truly be missed. I served on the City of Dallas Park Board under his leadership. He believed in me and created the Marketing Committee and made me the Chair. The park department now have their own logo. Thanks to Mr. Wells confidence in me and my former colleagues. I was a better, productive and successful district 5 board member because, of his leadership. Rest in Heaven Mr. Wells.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Becky and family. I am so very sorry to read this in the Dallas Morning News. I just had back surgery and cannot drive to Dallas to attend, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Hazael Taylor

I was Max's secretary for a few years while he was Mayor Pro Teen. He was a fun person to work with, and he reminded me of my dad. I appreciated his wise words. Unfortunately, I only saw him one more time after I retired. He was a good man. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Glenda Aguirre

Sincere condolences on Max's passing. He was a true leader of the Dallas banking and civic community. May God Bless Max and the Family.
