Dearest Terry,
The loss of Maxe is sad news. He was a kind, funny, generous man who always lifted the spirits of those around him. You and Maxe were very special to the Greenstreet family. I (Jill) have many fond memories of growing up with Maxe, Jon, and Judith in Ypsilanti. Please extend our heartfelt sympathy to the rest of the family.

Terry -- This comes with a heart full of love and sympathy on the loss of your dear Maxe. I met the two of your during your stay at StoryPoint and so enjoyed your company. You may not remember, but you made me a white crocheted star for Christmas. At this season, it has a prominent place in the center of a wreath; I love it. Just know you are in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time. Maxe was a fun guy!
Warmest love -- Lee Smith

I have known "Amazing Maxe" since third grade. I am sure his family will have many smiles among their tears remembering him. May both the tears and smiles bring comfort to them. He was amazing.

Terry, THANKS for the support you and Maxe gave Karen during her illness and the support you gave me after she passed. All that when Maxe himself was not doing well. When they talked, Maxe always was able to brighten the day with a joke to tell Karen. I am so glad I saw the two of you before I went to Minnesota in November.

Our condolences to the Obermeyer family. We met Maxe when we purchased his parent's house in Ypsilanti Township in 1978.

Obermeyer Family,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. God blessed him with a beautiful Soul full of great conversation and humor. I remember the first time I went to your house (besides a well placed shot to the thigh at 30 yards from a BB gun) your Dad had me on a ladder cleaning out a gutter for some reason and telling me a good tale. But soon got to enjoy your Mom's awesome homemade mac and cheese. I always had fun at your house and your Dad always made me feel welcome. The trip I...

I was very blessed to have Maxe and Terry as my god parents. I have fond memories that I hold dear. Maxe and my dad taught school and stayed lifetime friends. I am not sure who is telling more jokes now my dad Ted or Maxe.
Thank you for being the BEST god parent a girl could ever have.fer
Love, Jennifer
