Not sure what to say?

I am lost for words today, my friend for more than thirty years has passed away. When I was station in Alaska Max taught me how to play golf at Moose Run where I was the Manager. Max often told me I was not too good of a golfer but as time went bye I got better he would be so proud of that. Max and his wife were my friends. You can contact me at 910-864-2697 or at [email protected]. My name is Gregory Taylor US Army, Retired. My may dear freind rest in peace.

Max was my Mothers first cousin, I visited him in 2010 at the Pioneer home, a visit I hold very dear. Uncle Elmer Cochran always talked about flying with Max and Sir Edmund Hillary. He soared with eagles. Colonel Jimmy Marks, Monahans, Texas

Psalms 46:1 - god is for us a refuge and strength a help readily to found .

Max's daughter, Maxey, and I were great friends at AHS and during college. Once in the 90's when I visited Max and Georgia Lou, I was wearing an Aussie/Western hat. Max admired it so much, I later sent him one. A few years later, I sent him a second hat after Georgia Lou told me he liked it so much he wore it constantly. I'm guessing one of those hats is in this photograph.
Happy trails, Max.
