When the call came that Bro Thomas would be going to be with the Lord in a few days I told myself that there was going to be a family reunion in heaven soon. My dad Moody Kirkland loved Maxi so much, as we all did. Although its a void for us, they have finished there race and are with our Lord now. Sis Shirley and Family, Bro Maxie did so much for so many people. He will never be forgotten. He was instrumental in helping us begin a ministry in Mexico and Latin America. When we graduated from IBC, he was the only pastor who responded, out of 35 to whom we wrote asking for a service. He encouraged us and gave us an opportunity to minister. Bro Maxie is still touching souls through every church we establish and every Pastor we train. God Bless you All.
