Not sure what to say?

Col Beatty was a leader and a mentor. She provided the environment to develop and implement contemporary services. Maxine had a dry sense of humor that always conveyed confidence in the situation. I treasured her guidance and leadership.

Col Beatty asked me to work for her in 1973 when I was finishing my AFIT assignment at UNC. Colonel Beatty was a great leader in Air Force pharmacy and set the standard for progressive pharmacy practice

As a BSC, I served with Maxine on the Air Force Medical Inspection Team in 1975/76. She was an excellent leader and a fine lady; we will miss her!
