Wait, what...I´m devastated. We worked together at UPS CSTC when it first opened in 1977. She bought me my first legal drink when I turned 21. All the work lunches we had with fellow employees plus after hour get togethers with another dear friend of hers. My Freddie was a kelpie as Piper was and we´d exchange photos and comments about them every now and then. I just can´t believe she was taken so early in life.

Maxine & I were best friends for 46 years. How similar our minds worked at times, were just uncanny. A day hasn´t gone by that I haven´t ached for her loss. I miss her wonderful wit, warm & generous heart, & our phone calls "just because". We were "Twisted Sisters from Different Mothers". Rock On, Sissy. Your Sissy misses you so...

Concerts, wine, road trips, wine, camping trips, and did I mention wine? Max and I were lifelong friends

Knowing Max for over 40 years, we were not partners in crime, but partners in wine. We had many adventures, and I will miss her greatly
