Maxine Joyce Drudi

DRUDI, Maxine Joyce (North) - Age 79, died Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 2PM Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Peace Lutheran Church, 2051 West Maple Avenue, Flint, Pastor Art W. Reich officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. Those desiring may make contributions to Peace Lutheran Church. Visitation 6-8PM Friday, 2-8PM Saturday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Mrs. Drudi will be at the church from 1PM Sunday until the time of the service. Maxine was born in Saginaw, Michigan on January 10, 1929, the daughter of Fred and Lela Ronecke and was a resident of the Flint area. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Lutheran Women's Missionary League and was a member of the Alter Guild. Surviving are son, Thomas North; 2 daughters, Dawn (Ed) Randall and Sheryl (Paul) Hunt; 2 step-children, Thomas (Barb) Drudi and Joyce (Jerry) Stephens; 6 grandchildren, Michael North, Joyce (Douglas) Thompson, Richard (Maria) North, Linda (Mark) Penfield, Michelle (Dave) Curry and Rebecca (Charles) Tierrot; many step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Arvilla (Richard) Lamay; many nieces and nephews.
