Maxine "Phyllis" Ferris

It's been a year grandma. We miss you.

Phyllis was a good neighbor & friend . Remembering her checking in on those ailing making sure that they had what was needed.
She was the mother hen in Florida making everyone checking in for coffee or bingo.Had fun taking the girls to Florida had bringing them back as here was never a dull moment. Phyllis's humor and story telling was always welcome. She will be missed.

Phyllis will truly be missed at Carveth. She was a special lady with a great sense of humor and a wonderful smile. (She also had the best smelling tea blends!) My heart goes out to her family.

We were so sad to hear of the passing of Phyllis. We worked together as secretaries at the Caledonia Schools for many years and made sure to stop in FL for visits for several years. Phyllis donated a lot of her time to organizing the Dutton School Reunions for many years and Jack I took over in 2000 and always enjoyed Phyllis's attendance through 2010. We always stayed in touch through e-mail and the phone. Phyllis will be sadly missed but the bible tells us before we are even conceived...
