Not sure what to say?

I remember "Miss Schuitema" as one of my favorite teachers at Bunker when I was in junior high! Several of us were thrilled and felt so privileged to be able to attend her wedding in 1951. My parents owned a "Chevy" which we had serviced at Hooper Chevrolet. It was such an honor to see our teacher become part of the Hooper family. Dear Jim,
Jerry and I send you our fond thoughts of both you and Maxine. We always enjoyed seeing you whenever that occurred. It's been several years since being in the neighborhood on Mills Ave., but you both always were friendly and gracious! May you find comfort sharing memories with family and friends of your wonderful lives together!

Dear Steve, Mary, Mark & Robert,

So sorry to hear about your mother. Great person, enjoyed visits with your family during the high school years and later visits from time to time to NM.

Best to all as you go through this time of transition.

So sorry to hear about Maxine you have my deepest sympathy I was in the church circle with her and she was truly an asset to the group

Maxine was a wonderful person. She was part of a gym class I am in and after meeting her and Jim I learned they had been a long time employer of my late mother-in-law and my husband had shared stories of them long before I knew them. Her generosity and unselfish giving will forever be missed. I am so sorry for your loss she was truly one of a kind.

So very sorry for your loss. She was a part of our church circle as well as a part of many volunteering thing we worked on. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her!
May all the fond memories you shared help you through this very difficult time.
