Luanne,
I will miss your mother very much. I brought her Holy Communion every Monday and prayed with her. She frequently asked me to pray for your health, which I do and will continue to do so.

I feel so lucky and honored to have had the pleasure of knowing Max. She lit up a room with her wonderful smile, sense of humor, and kind heart. I loved it when she called me kid.

I had the honor of knowing Maxine when she lived at Parkshore in St. Louis Park. I know that I speak for many here that she was a lovely spunky lady and we still have cherished memories of her wonderful smile and spirit.

Dear Luanne and children, I was so sorry to hear about Maxine. What a vibrant person she was! I treasured the lunches we had when Luanne, Shirley and I went out for lunch with our mothers and we were the "kids". I am sure she leaves a legacy of memories for you to cherish. I wish I could attend the funeral but I am in FL. My sympathies to all of you. Sheila Kelly

She had the most positive outlook of anyone I have known. She had so much fun—just living and she spread that joy among all her many, many...
