You have my deepest condolences. It has been over 30 years since we have been in touch but Maxine was my aunt. My father was her brother Harold and my younger sister was also named Maxine, after his sister.

Dear Burland, Gail and I were deeply saddened to learn of your loss in Maxine's recent homegoing. However, we rejoice with you that her earthly suffering has ended and she is now in the presence of her Savior. I wish that life's circumstances could allow us to be there with you to provide the support that you have provided for so many, including us, over the years as well as to share your grief. Your lovely lady was my kids principal, my boss at CU and my pastor's wife. What a joy to have known her and experience her grace and love for all people. Her wit and charm and love for the Lord will long be remembered. We all love you Pastor!
