Maxine Ruth Orr

Always called us her kids. When had our son she brought over a baby gift and she always asked how the baby was even though he was 8 . Lol. She had a caring heart and loved our lab. Ranger. Hard to find good neighbors and we were blessed to have her.

I had the pleasure of meeting Maxine while working for the UAW. She was a wonderful person with a strong work ethic and feisty spirit. She loved volunteering for Democratic candidates and UAW causes dear to her heart. She had a generous heart and was a staunch advocate for human rights. She will be dearly missed. Love you Max...rest well my friend, youve earned your rest❣

So sorry for this loss. She was our neighbor for many years and before that my husbands grandmas neighbor. She loved our dogs feeding and loving on them. She always had candy for my kids. My husband mowed and kept her lawn looking good. She will be missed I am sure by many. Thankful she touched a part of my family's lives.

I was the flower girl in Maxine's wedding. My thoughts and prayers for her family.

Maxine was my Daughter's adoptive Grandmother through Eastside Senior Center volunteer program in 1993. My Daughter remembers Maxine giving her a green watch with little rhinestones. I also remember Maxine from Eastside Senior Center when I did a college internship there in 1996. She was a very sweet lady. Our condolences to her Family.
