Mayme L. Bischoff

Lou was like a mother to me. We first met around 2002 and we instantly hit if off. Her and her wonderful husband Ed were/are the most sweet and endearing people I've come to know. I cherished my friendship with them both. My wife and I would visit Lou and Ed 6 or so times a year until 2015, from then Lou and I mostly spoke on the phone. I would call Lou every 2 to 4 months and when I would apologize for taking so long in between calls she would always say "it's okay...I know you are thinking...
