Not sure what to say?

It has taken me a while to write this note. Mac was a great friend and I miss him very much. We had such great fun together. He told more than one person that I was his best friend. I state this not for self congratulation or to make anyone envious but to make a point. If there is not someone who can call you their best friend, you have a lot of living and loving to do. I am pleased that I met his criteria.

Mac delighted in responding to requests, just like he enjoyed showing support...

I had the pleasure of surveying with Mac while working for The Joint Commission. His knowledge, sense of humor, and snappy style will always be remembered. He was an honorable gentleman. Sincerest condolences to his many family members and friends.

My sincere Condolences to the family and friends of the late Colonel McLain Garrett. He was surely a fun person and will be missed.

Praying for the entire family. Earth knows no sorrow that heaven cannot heal.

I worked with Mac when he worked for the Joint Commission. He always looked like he stepped out of a high fashion magazine. He was kind, had a great sense of humor and a great man!!

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I will never forget as a child how you took all of us one at a time. Myself sister and brother and course your kids Rhonda and MackIII on the helicopter ride. That was and still is special in my heart. Rest In Peace Uncle Gary.

My sincere condolences to the family and many friends of Mac. He was a great man and will definitely be missed. It is my prayer that God will comfort you during this time of bereavement.

Wishing you feelings of comfort and memories of joy during this time. My prayers are with you.

We will miss you.. thanks for being a great friend..Amen.Enjoy the Journey.
