Not sure what to say?

I am so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family.

I'm truly sorry for your loss. We went to school together and grew up in the same neighborhood. She was a great person and a funny one. She will be truly missed by many who loved and cared for her and just knew her.

I met Megan one summer at The Water's Edge while my family was on vacation. My sister, Megan and I became fast friends, and the Gadsby family adopted us for the rest of the summer. I lost touch with Megan, but I think back fondly to that summer often. My deepest condolences go to the Gadsby and the Hammel family.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Gadsby, Pat, & Cheri,

It was with a deep and saddened heart that I read Megan's obituary, in the Herald, today. I well remember your close and supportive family. It was my pleasure to have served as Pat and Cheri's middle school counselor and to have watched Megan mature into a successful student and fine young woman. I wish all of you much comfort, in each other's love; and I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

Warm regards,

Gail Schmidtchen
