Not sure what to say?

I went to college with Megan and while I certainly don't want to add to your grief or detract from your healing, I thought it might please you to know that even now, more than ten years later, her friends still think of her often.

(I celebrated my 21st birthday with Megan and that is something, you never forget. I remember Megan's face when I opened my birthday presents - I think she was as happy and excited as I was.)

Of all of her qualities, I think her enthusiasm stands...

Dear Megan's family:
I'm sorry it has taken me so long to post. I've had a hard time grasping that she is really gone, so it took me a while. I was Megan's next door neighbor our first year at Smith in the maid's quarters. She was the sole and exclusive reason I stayed at Smith that first hard year.

Megan was a kindred spirit in her absolute willingness to be silly. In our first week, we rolled down the hill toward the pond Princess Bride-style. To this day, when I smell...

Megan and I commuted every day for a year together to take Physics at Amherst our Junior year. She was also my housemate for 3 years, and fellow "pre-med-er". My heart broke when I picked up the January quarterly alumnae magazine for Smith College, when I found out the very terrible news of her very untimely passing. Every single one of my memories of Megan are heartwarming, and make me laugh. No matter how difficult any of the pre-med classes became, Megan was always level-headed and...

Megan welcomed me to Smith when I was just a freshman and she was my house president. She was incredibly warm, caring, and friendly and helped me feel at home in a new environment immediately. I am so sorry to hear that she is no longer with us. My sincere condolences.

Dear Alan, Janet, Loran and Coryn,
Please accept our most heartfelt sympathy in this great time of sorrow. We were shocked to hear about your loss. Megan was a young person full of promise. She will be sorely missed. The Padias family.

Dear Alan and Janet and girls, How shocked and saddened we were to hear of your loss. Aunt Alvina was here and that's when we found out. Please accept our sincere sympathies. On reading about Megan we were impressed by her wonderful life and accomplishments. Love, Aunt Irene and Cousins Judy and husband Glenn

To the Moritz Family,
Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to each of you. It was truly an honor to have known Megan.

I just wanted to extend my sympathies to the entire Moritz family. I was so shocked and sorry to hear of your loss. Although I didn't know Megan when she was older, I have great memories of her when we were kids at Ascension Lutheran Church. Even then I always remarked on how easygoing, friendly, and positive she was. I always enjoyed the times our families spent together. Please know that my prayers are with you all, especially with Megan's sisters, as I know how hard it is to lose a...

I wanted to extend my deepest sympathies to the Moritz family. In the brief time I knew Megan since she started at Good Sam she stood out as an exceptional person and physician with an exceptional ability to connect with patients and staff alike. She will be sorely missed.
