During our years at Macalester College (1973-1977) I was impressed as Megan studied Russian, filled out accounting spreadsheets with ease and danced the Highland Fling. I knew of her desire to be a translator, so I wasn't surprised to learn of her travels. I am surprised to read, in the Macalester Today, of her untimely death.
