Not sure what to say?

I miss him so much. He was my counselor at camp in 2016 and he was really great.

I loved Meir he was such a good boy always ready to help with everything always had a big smile. I just learn today 10/1/17 from my sister that Meir had passed he will always be in my thoughts. I will always have fond memories of him.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Having met Meir only a few times when he was a youngster left an indelible image in my mind. I will always remember his sweet smile and loving ways Trina Wishy

Dear Family:

I am so sorry for your loss of Meir. Losing someone so young makes the loss even more tragic. Hopefully you can find a measure of comfort at this most difficult time. Psalm 51:17 Psalm147:3
Sincerely,
Nancy R.

We are SO sorry. Rendered speechless with the massive sadness of today. My daughter loves Nechama and is on her way, (with a full car of American Hebrew Academy former students) to see her now.
We hug the the O'Brien family with a million hugs and so much love. So many people crying today. So sorry for this tremendous loss that will affect all of us always.

I am so sad. What a blessing to have met and chatted a bit with Meir when he attended American Hebrew Academy with my child. What a loss! I loved seeing the sunlight in his eyes contrasted with the skeptical, amused look on his face. I am grateful for the enthusiastic humor he brought with the improv performances. He was always willing to trade 'South Park' references with me. Please know that my heart goes out to all the people who will miss him forever. He was just that kind of kid.

My sons knew Meir through OSRUI. He had been to my house for dinner and he met us in Chicago for our older son's birthday. Both of my sons loved him. He was funny, polite and so smart. His loss leaves a gap in the lives of many he touched. Sorry cannot describe his loss. May his memory be for a blessing.
