We had the pleasure of meeting Mel at different times in different grocery stores, especially when it came to lottery tickets. We always had a good laugh about who was going to win. We will truly miss such a wonderful man we got to know him more and more each time we met up, we want you to know that he will be missed very much, his smile and the jokes we shared I´m sure he´s touched many peoples lives ,may he rest in peace. My sincere condolences to Sue and to Mel´s family and loved ones. Our family was deeply saddened to learn of Mel´s untimely passing, as he and Sue were true friends and positive influences on our late brother Jim. Heaven finally has a Santa Claus - may he rest in peace.

We are sorry to hear of Mel´s passing. A legend in a red suit to our kids. He visited many a Christmas Eve. He will be missed. Praying for comfort for your family.

Mel was a patient of mine. I am very saddened to read of his passing. He was such a great soul.... May he rest in Everlasting peace and may God find a way to heal all of your broken hearts....
