I only new Mel a short time. He was a lovely human being who was so kind and generous. I am new to Sacramento and he guided me to all of the best things about the area especially the food and restaurant scene. We have all missed seeing Mel in the office at DNLC he was integral to our well being and was always a happy beginning to our weekend. He is deeply missed.
