Not sure what to say?

Mel filled in preaching at Cornerstone Presbyterian church in Columbia while we searched for a new pastor. He referred to me as "Clemson man". I appreciated his friendship, his honest preaching. I praise the Lord for his life and the thought of him sitting at the feet of Jesus makes me smile. Thank you Mel. Well done.

Mel was a great friend always concerned about others. I will miss his smile and friendly personality. My heart goes out to his friends and family.

Mel was a great neighbor to us all. He will be fondly remembered and missed.

Terry, Craig and I were so surprised to hear of Mel's "homegoing." We cherish our memories of his wisdom, his strong faith and his contagious laughter. Our prayers are with you and your family during this time, but we are so thankful of the assurance that we will see him again in Gloryk.

I will always love and be thankful for my friend Mel. Blessings to you, Wright ladies. Praying for you all.

Mel was a sweet and wonderful man. We were blessed to have him as our interim pastor at Cornerstone Church in Columbia for an extended period of time. We loved both Mel & Terry. Our deepest sympathies to his family.

Hey Terry, JR and I are so sad to hear of Mels passing. Even though we haven't seen him in awhile, he was someone we looked up to and were blessed to know him. He prayed over and dedicated JR's Law firm, among many other things! Please know we are praying for your precious family.

Terry, Katie and Sally. I was so sorry to hear of Mel's passing, He was an awesome man of God and played a huge role in my spiritual growth. I have always loved all of you. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Terry...we are so very sad for your pain in this loss even though we know you know theologically of Mel´s joy in being "face to face" with his savior. We will be praying as you process this loss of your Mel and will continue in the days and months to come. In Christ´s love, Kenny and Keith Crosswhite
