Melanie Horn

Thinking of my friend Kimberly on the loss of her daughter Melanie. My thoughts are with you all.

Still doesn't seem real or even possible that Mel can be gone. She was love and light, completing our family with her beautiful smile and that infectious throw-back-her-head laugh. The next voice she hears will be Jesus, waking her up in Paradise. We will all be there and have a big party to welcome her back. No more sickness or sadness, like it was supposed to be. Until then, our hearts are torn into pieces.

To Riley and all the Family, We are so sorry to hear this very sad news of Melanie. We pray for Jehovah´s comfort and spirit to help you endure this tragedy and be able to look to the future hope of Melanie returning to a wonderful life.

At bed time as a toddler she would ask me, "Tell me a story of when you were little". She also had a small stuffed tiger. Its name was Cinnamon. You can see it in the collection of pictures I've shared on Facebook and Instagram. She carried Cinnamon everywhere. Grampa Gordie and here were two peas in a pod. Eric, I am so sorry to learn of the passing of your daughter. My condolences, prayers and thoughts are with you during your session of loss. I cannot imagine your sense of loss at this time but knowing you are a man of God I know you know the power of God and His Holy Spirit is upon you to comfort you and lead you thru. May God cause His face to shine upon you and your family and give you comfort, peace, and healing at this time.
