Melanie and I attended St. Helen's Hall (O.E.S.) together for many years. She was a couple of years ahead of me in school but we shared some classes and I remember her as a lovely and poised young woman. Her mother, Natalie Poss, and my mother, Jean Bullwinkle, volunteered in the Lower School Library together on many projects. My sympathies to Melanie's family.
