Not sure what to say?

I was saddened to read in the "Freeman Business" magazine that Melanie passed away. She was my undergrad and grad classmate. I first met her when I participated in a Psych experiment that she was running and we became friends after entering our MBA program together. There were so few women in Business back then that we're now being called pioneers. Melanie and I signed up to take the mandatory Statistics class during the summer in the middle of our MBA program. Stay Blessed Melanie ! ----------------------------------------------

Dear Roger, My heart breaks for you. I remember your Melanie, from all those years ago when we were working together at McCann. I was stunned to see her obituary in The Times. Such an terrible and premature loss for you to endure. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Mary Ellen Pirozzoli

Her myriad accomplishments paled in comparison to her positive influence towards others. Mary Banks and I were saddened by news of her death, as were my sister, Susan, and her husband, Warren A. Watson, who were among Melanie's many friends. We pray for her family in bereavement now but know that their faith and fond memories will bear them up to do positive things in her memory...

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Melanie was my "boss partner," mentor, friend, foil and the one who challenged me everyday for six years! Melanie introduced me to a world I previously dreamed about and put me up and took me down...hard work, accountability, resiliency and dedication are the areas she chose to mentor me and they became the cornerstone of my entire life. She was the toughest and yet the most gentle of all human beings! RIP my dearest Melanie!

Melanie and I attended Texas High School together. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I am so sorry to hear of her passing.
