Dear Greg,
I am so sorry to hear about the death of Melanie. I have only recently become aware of this web page, thus I am writing this six months after the sad event, but please accept my condolences.
I am a cousin of Dennis Puddefoot. His father, Ted, and my mother, Edie, were siblings. I knew Dennis well and we kept in touch after he moved from England to South Africa and then to USA. I stayed in England. I lost touch with Dennis early in 2019 and efforts to re-establish contact...

I will miss Melanie's contagious laugh and admired her huge heart for animals. She always wanted to make the world a better place. Heaven has a new angel now and we are all blessed having her watch over us.
