Melba Charlene Lowe

A celebration of life for Melba Charlene Lowe, 59, will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Full Gospel Lighthouse, 3302 W. 8th St.Born Feb. 10, 1952, in Altus, Okla., she died Oct. 19, 2011, at her Yuma home. She was a hospital clerical worker.Johnson Mortuary is handling arrangements, including cremation.
