So sorry to hear about my neighbor, Melba, passing away. I will always remember her laugh and sweet smile. She was always there when she saw a need. I will miss seeing her walk her little dog around. To her loving daughter Michelle, and hubby John, you were always there for your mom. I know you will miss her.
