From my childhood growing up at 1900 Princeton ave with best friend Sandra Williamson to my wedding day, Melba was and had a wonderful impact on my life. I can remember the slumber parties in their 'air conditioned!' house, LOTS of singing especially with the 'Young Friends' and being grateful to have been influenced by this unique, talented and loving neighbor.
