Melinda was like a big sister to me. She taught me to be the teacher that I became. Melinda was always incredibly supportive and loving. I will always treasure my memories.

Being deeply saddened by the announcement of Melinda´s passing, I sincerely extend my heartfelt condolences to you. She was a truly beautiful person of whom I was so grateful to have known. She will always be remembered. God Bless You!

Dear the LiBassi family, It was very sad to hear about the passing of your loved one. She was the best teacher I had at p.s. 30. She was my 3rd grade teacher. What a beautiful person inside and out. I have very fond memories of her from back in the day, and will treasure those always. I work at p.s. 30 now, and plan to retire soon in the near future. Always brings me back when I´m here. Again, I´m a deeply sorry for your loss. She will be remembered always.
