Melinda MCELROY

As the older sister of my best friend, Mindy was larger than life to me; creative, musical, ebullient, and passionate. She was so much fun. Her love of children was ever-present. After my daughter was born, Mindy brought a book to us as a gift, and I remember how much fun she had reading it to the baby, acting out each page. I cherish my memories of her and of the impact she had on me, and I send my heartfelt condolences to her loved ones.
