I also went to high school with Melissa. She was a very kind person, and I can't imagine how difficult this must be for her family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Melissa was one of my students this semester at MCC. What a precious lady. I enjoyed getting to know her on a professional level, as well as a personal level. You all are in my thoughts and prayers everyday. Have comfort and peace in knowing that she is with our Lord, and she is helping Him prepare a place for each of us.

Melissa was and will always be a true friend to me, and I am so lucky to have had her in my life. Words cannot express our loss, but only our love for her. We are family and we will always be there for you two. I know she would have done the same for me, that's what friends are for, and she will never be forgotten. She is Kara's guardian angel looking over her always. May God be with you always.
