Not sure what to say?

Sebago Lake, September 2012

Mom, Aunt Martha and Aunt Veda, I am truly sorry for your loss. Aunt Melissa was very dear to me. I loved her and I miss her a lot so I know your hearts must be sad some days too. Growing up I remember so looking forward to anytime she and Uncle Dick came to Olamon to visit. I'm certain I must have driven Grammie and Grampie crazy with "Are they there yet?" over and over until they finally arrived. Time spent with them at Sebago Lake are among some of my most favorite memories, even with...

Melissa you will be missed. Thanks for the special memories

Mrs. C and Doc were the best!!!! My days at USM were very special as I had guidance from two very special people. I am so sorry to hear of Melissa's passing.

When I was younger, the highlight of my summer was our family trip to Maine to see my Aunt Melissa and Uncle Rich. They were the most kind and patient people I knew. My three brother and I ran amok but they never got upset or angry with us. Uncle Rich showed us how to fish and Aunt Melissa taught us how to eat lobsters and made me feel special by letting me even have two. Sebago Lake was the coolest place ever for a kid. As a small boy those were some of the best times ever thanks to my...

the Costello's have been a great support to lee academy over the years. a scholarship continues to be given each year in her families name. the lee academy family will miss her greatly.

What sad news for me to get as I returned to Maine today. Melissa was one of my favorite and classy ladies. She always was more interested in what you did and thought than herself. A quality not many of us possess. She was an inspiration for many future teachers who passed through our campus and she was always looking for ways to help our future teachers make their mark in education as she most certainly did. A good friend who I will miss greatly. Rest in peace great lady.

My deepest sympathy is extended to all of Melissa's relatives. She was one of my favor professors and friend from Gorham State College. She was an excellent teacher who expected none the less from her students. May the parting be temporary and the meeting eternal.

My deepest sympathy to Melissa's family. We were college friends who shared many memorable moments during college and after. She was a beautiful woman who was compassionate, warm, kind, and loving. I shall miss her.

My deepest sympathy to the Dunn family. I have lost a very special Aunt who I loved dearly and I will miss her very much. I have comfort in knowing that she is in heaven with my dear Godfather/Uncle Rich free of pain and suffering. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this sad time. I will especially be thinking of her on my birthday next week since we shared that day together. She was so special...so loved...and is so warmly remembered xoxoxo
