Our deepest sympathies and sorrow for Melissa's passing. May her full life and memories shared always bring a smile to all who knew and loved her.

Our sincere condolences to Melissa’s parents, sister and Melissa’s husband during this time. May you find peace and comfort leaning on each other as you journey through your grief. Melissa taught both our girls at St Mother Teresa Catholic School. Our oldest, Kathleen, had her in Kindergarten. Our youngest, Sophie, had her for grade eight. Melissa, you lived a life that touched so many people in such a positive and loving way. You will be in our hearts for ever.

My condolences to Melissa’s parents, sister and to Adam. I had the privilege to get to know Melissa these past six years as a co-worker at St. Mother Teresa School. She was an extraordinary teacher and had a calm and positive manner and devoted so much time to her students. The effort she put into grade 8 graduations was outstanding, even when she was recovering from treatments.
She always had time for a chat.
Heaven has gained a most special Angel.

It was a privilege to know Melissa and see the optimism in her shining smile. From all of us at Ovarian Cancer Canada, our deepest condolences on her passing. We will continue to strive to change the outcome of this disease and ensure every woman has the best possible chance at a fuller, better and longer life.
