Not sure what to say?

Even though I had not seen your mother and father for many, many years I remember them so well. Your mother was such an elegant, kind and wonderful woman. I will always remember your father's ever-friendly manner, his warm greetings in that rich-baritone voice and how proud your mother and father were of you, their family. I am honored to have known them both.

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you now. With sympathy.

I am very sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with all of you during this difficult time. May you find comfort in knowing that many people are thinking of you.

Ian and family,
I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I remember her kind gentle voice.May god be with you at this sad time.
