Not sure what to say?

Wanted to light a candle!

Melissa (Missy) was a best friend and cousin growing up. We went to the same Juior High and High School. It broke my heart hearing that she had passed. She was a beautiful person! Prayers and hugs to her family, my cousins. Love, JoAnn Keirns

Missy was an amazing person. A week before she had passed away she stood up and ran the church service. She has 2 beautiful/handsome children. Missy was a single mother, now her children live with their aunt. Missy will for sure be missed.

I got to know Melissa at Luther Seminary, her friendship and concern for all was outstanding. We last saw each other a day before I left the States to Africa and I still remember the words she said to me. RIP my friend, prayers and thoughts with the entire family.

I had been out of town and only heard of Melissa's passing today. I remember her friendly, kind nature. She was a sweet lady and proud mom. Such a tragedy. Prayers and love to the family.

Missy was my coworker for 15 years and my dear friend much longer. I will miss working weekends with you and I will never forget your love and support when life was very difficult. I know those who love her will help Jane and Matthew to know what a wonderful mother she was and how much she loved them.

Dear Missy, It is with sadness and deep heart that read of your passing. Untimely to be sure, your spirit will be missed. We graduated from Southside and BSU... and I hope for a moment we "ruled" our individual lives. God calls his own home when the time is right; let's never question that. Rest easy, my friend.

I always enjoyed talking with Melissa when I went to the blood bank. I will miss her, she was a wonderful person. So heart broken to hear about this. Karva Davis

Jane and Matthew, I am so sorry the time with your mom was so short. You have a wonderful, beautiful mother, and the love and memories you shared will last forever. We will miss her, yet so much of your mom lives on, in those she loved, especially in you. I pray for all my Sunday kids and their families every day and always will. I pray that you will feel her love with you each day and know she smiles on you always. Love is forever.
