Melissa A. Lincoln

Melissa Ann Lincoln, 45, of Scottdale (East Huntingdon Township), passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023, at her home. Melissa was born Aug. 31, 1977, in Connellsville, a daughter of Vanetta J. (Frund) Lincoln, of Greensburg, and the late Carl C. Lincoln III, who passed away in 1981. Melissa was a devoted daughter, mother, sister and aunt. She was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School, Class of 1995, and received an associate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Melissa loved animals and cherished time spent with her son, Odhinn, as well as her many friends and family. She loved gardening and flowers. She leaves behind her pets, which she loved dearly: her dog, Stella, her son's cat, Titter, and her guinea pigs, Hank and Stanley. Melissa will be sadly missed by her loving family: her son, Odhinn; her mother, Vanetta (Frund) Lincoln; her sister, Jennifer R. Magyor (Troy); her nephew, Elijah Magyor-Phillips (Mells); her many loving aunts, uncles and cousins; and dear friends, of which there were many. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by grandfather, Duane R. Frund Sr.; grandmother, Marjorie Frund; uncle, Duane (Butch) Frund Jr.; and her dear cousin, Erik Frund. A special thank-you to Odhinn's father, Craig Martin (Stephanie), with whom he now resides. Personalized arrangements are under the professional supervision of the ROBERT B.
